Position: Recruitment Trainer

Work Hours: 3 hours per day
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation
Fixed Pay: ₹2,000 per week
Incentives: Unlimited
Incentive Structure: 5% commission on every successful enrollment
Payout Cycle: Weekly
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver structured recruitment training sessions to candidates
Train participants on HR recruitment processes, screening, and interview basics
Conduct interactive training sessions (online/offline as applicable)
Support candidates in becoming job-ready for recruitment roles
Maintain training quality and session discipline
Eligibility Criteria
Basic to intermediate knowledge of recruitment or HR processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Prior training or recruitment experience preferred (not mandatory)
Ability to engage and manage small batches effectively
